We want to be able to fully commit to your day. We don't want to be watching the clock or checking off a list of events/items we will or won't shoot based on a package that you selected. Weddings are unpredictable and it is impossible for you to know where or when the best and most touching moments are going to happen, and we don't want to miss these. Maybe it's grandma helping do up the dress, or the surprise arrival of a cherished loved one who you thought was not coming. Regardless, we want to be there for you, and be fully committed so that we can live in the moment and capture it. This also makes it simple for you and for us; no complicated packages to sort out, no guessing on what you need, no regrets for not getting more coverage, no surprise bill after the wedding. It's simple and straightforward.
Because we offer an all inclusive service, and because you get us for the entire day, we go where you go. If that means we get to the venue and stay there for the whole day, great. If it means we are at the bride's house, then the groom's parents' house, then the ceremony venue, before heading out to a nearby park and a coffee shop for portraits and candids of the couple, before finally arriving at the reception and dance location, that’s perfectly fine. Plan your day for you and we will follow. Remember, we are here to capture your day, how you want it.
Yes! Depending on the size of your family we will need between 30 minutes and 1 hour to capture family portraits. Ideally, we would have another 30 minutes to an hour for bridal party photos and an hour or more for photos of the happy couple! Of course, we can be flexible and will work within your schedule, but the more time you leave for photos, the more fun we can have and the more variety you will get.

The type of photography you want will depend on the type of event and the size. Once you’ve decided, fill out the contact form with the date, time, and level of service you require.
You will receive an email confirming availability and clarifying any other details.
You will sign the contract and make the deposit payment and you’re all done until your photo services!
This will take 1 to 2 hours for posed photos. For weddings, we will also be shooting throughout the ceremony but this doesn’t require any time or focus from you. Enjoy your day and let us do the work!
After your photos are taken, Maple Bacon Photography will edit and retouch them to make sure every image is perfect! Family photos will take 4 weeks for edits and weddings take 8 to 12 weeks.
After the photos are taken and the touch ups are complete, you will receive your digital copies with an option to purchase prints.
